- Select Withdraw Cash
- Choose From ATM
- Enter Agent No 472472
- Enter amount
- Enter MPESA pin and send
You will receive a six digit code valid for 4 minutes.
At The ATM
- Select MPESA Withdrawal
- Enter phone number
- Enter amount
- Enter the six digit code you received earlier and send
- Collect your cash
Its that simple! However its advisable to be at the ATM machine before you start the withdrawal process as the code may expire before you finish the process.
