The 2018/2019 KUCCPS placement came to an end on May 10th 2018 with statistics showing that the following universities getting the lions share:
- Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology ( JKUAT)
JKUAT emerged top after being placed 4866 students to join the institution late this year beating giants like UoN and Kenyatta university.
2. Kenyatta University
This is the second most placed university after JKUAT receiving 4667 slots in the just concluded placement making an admission of 84.7%.
3. University of Nairobi
This comes third after JKUAT and Kenyatta university.
The university scoped 4540 slots from the just concluded placements.
4. Moi University
This is a public university which is among the top placed universities.
The University managed to scope 3865 students placed by the placement service.
5. Mount Kenya University
Mt Kenya University is the top placed private university by getting 2247 slots in the just concluded placements.
However the statistics above might change as the Inter - university transfer process is still going on .
Chances are that private universities might loose most of its students placed to them by the placement services as most students might transfer to public Universities.
