Kasente loans are open to all Ugandans above 18 years old with National IDs and active Bank accounts or Mobile Money wallets.

Conclusion
As a conclusion I can say this is a legitimate online lender in Uganda, although I see some customers complaining of high interest rates and app unfuctionality but generally it's a good app.
