For the legitimacy of the app,I can not say if this app is fake or legit because I have not used it myself but I can freely advice Kenyans on this: DON'T pay FEES to receive loans! Apps asking for any FEES before giving out the loans are most likely to be Cons. Be warned.

Instaqash Loans Customer service can be accessed inside the app via chatbot via sms. The lender does not have a contact phone number at the moment.
