Citizen Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) Zambia are government loans ( Basulu Loans) that are given to MSMES in Zambia from K5000 to K50,000 at low interest rates of 8% per year with longer repayment period up to 12 months.
CEEC Basulu Loans are open to all MSMES in Zambia so as to improve the livelyhood of the people of Zambia.
