- Loans are given up to a maximum of ksh 100,000
- The loan can be advanced in both Kenya Shilling and in foreign currency
- Interest rate charged is per CBK regulations
- Has a flexible loan repayment schedule depending on the farmer's cash flow
- Maximum of 3 years for loans to buy Machinery or equipment
- Maximum of 1 year for crop production ( harvest time)
- The loan can be secured by a combination of any acceptable securities such as title deed, logbook ,listed shares or cash covers

- 12 months Bank statement
- A detailed analysis of the Agricultural project
- Documents to prove ownership of the land or lease agreement
- Good credit history
- Business records/ farm records
- Dully completed loan application form
- Detailed call report including photos and sketch maps
