Safaricom MPESA customers can now make MPESA reversal through Safaricom WhatsApp Chatbot Zuri.
Before , MPESA customers had to call 234 or 100 for an MPESA reversal but now with Zuri Chatbot its even easier and faster.
This is how to go about it:
Open WhatsApp and send a message to +254 722 000 100
Text " Hi Zuri, MPESA Reversal" followed by the MPESA transaction code or copy paste the entire MPESA SMS and send it.
Zuri will respond to your message.
