Egerton University is one of the leading public universities in Kenya that offer online services to students where students have to register and login into the student portal for them to be able to access the students services such as Unit registration, fees statement, hostel booking,  exams etc

For students admitted through the KUCCPS have to update their information in the student portal on admission.

How To Login into the Student portal


This is the step by step process on how to login:

  • On your browser visit :www.studentportal.egeeton.ac.ke
  • A student login Page will appear
  • Enter your Admission number in the space for student number
  • Enter again your admission number in the second box for password
  • Click on "Login" and the student portal will be opened for you 
N/B Students are advised to change their passwords for the portal after the initial login.

How To Reset Forgotten password

Its normal for one to forget their passwords or rather its safe to regularly change your password for security purposes.

This is how to do it: 
  • On your browser visit: www.studentportal.egerton.ac.ke
  • A login page will appear
  • Click on " Forgot password "
  • Follow the rest of the simple instructions to reset your password.
