NCBA Bank has got an active mobile phone banking system that helps NCBA bank customers access bank services via their mobile phones.
The use of MPESA PAYBILL or Business Number has made it easy for introduction of Mobile banking in Kenya. Many banks in Kenya are using the MPESA Business Numbers for several transactions involving the bank.

How To Repay NCBA bank loans or deposit to Accounnt via MPESA:
- Open MPESA menu
- Choose Lipa na MPESA
- Select PAYBILL
- Choose Enter Business Number ( Enter 880100 )
- Select Enter Account Number ( Enter your NCBA bank account you received the loan with )
- Enter amount to pay
- Enter your MPESA pin and send.
The money will be deposited into your account, you can now make a standing order to the bank to deduct the loan from there.
