- Login with your mobile banking pin
- Select Account Balance and follow the rest of the prompts to be able to receive your bank account balance on your phone.
How To Withdraw Money From Family Bank Account To MPESA
- Dial*325#
- Login with your mobile banking pin
- Select MPESA option
- Choose Family Bank To MPESA
- Choose own or other number ( Enter number if other)
- Enter amount
- Complete the transaction details and submit.
You will receive confirmation messages from both Family bank and MPESA.
How To Deposit Funds To Family Bank Account Via MPESA
- Open MPESA menu
- Select Lipa na MPESA
- Choose PAYBILL
- Select Enter Business Number ( Enter 222111 Family Bank Paybill)
- Enter your Family Bank Account as the Account Number
- Enter amount to deposit
- Enter MPESA pin confirm and send
You will receive confirmation messages from both Family Bank and MPESA.
N/B For one to be able to use Mobile banking, first have to register with Mobile banking by visiting any Family Bank Branch to register and be provided with a login pin.
