I have seen many students asking what to do when they accidentally send money to a wrong Paybill number when making payments for KUCCPS services. 


Don't worry when this misfortune happens don't panic do this immediately to reverse your money back to your MPESA account.

This is how to reverse MPESA money sent to a wrong Paybill number, Till number: 

Immediately after receiving the wrong MPESA message forward ward it to: 456 
You can also ask for a reversal direct from the Merchant for the Wrong Paybill by first calling Safaricom directory via 191 to give you the mobile number of the Merchant if you don't know.

Alternatively, you can contact Safaricom MPESA customer care through 234 or 100 and ask for a reversal of your money.

The money usual takes 24hrs to 48hrs to be reversed.
