How To Reset / Change KCB Mobi PIN Using ATM Card

Its normal for one to forget their KCB mobi PIN.

When this unfortunate happens one can reset their KCB mobile pin using their ATM cards as follows:

Visit KCB ATM

Insert your ATM card into the machine

Enter your ATM PIN

Select Mobi

Enter your mobile phone number

Select Reset PIN

You will receive a new pin via SMS which must be used to login to your mobi before it expires.
