This is how to reverse MPESA money sent to a wrong Paybill number:

First you can contact the Merchant who received the MPESA money by mistake for a direct reversal or just copy/paste the entire MPESA transaction message and send it to 456

Alternatively, you can contact Safaricom MPESA customer care through 234 or 100 and ask for a reversal of your money.
