Those with feature phones can register by dialing *844# and follow the prompt to register and activate the app
Or after downloading the app register by providing all the details required by the app or visit any KCB branch for registration and activation.

How To Apply for Kcb VOOMA loan via SMS 

  • On your phone dial *844# 
  • Select Loans and Savings
  • Choose Loans 
  • Select loan limit
  • Enter your VOOMA PIN
  • Loan limit will be sent by SMS 
  • Proceed to borrow loan based on your loan limit.

How To Withdraw Funds  From VOOMA To MPESA 

  • Dial *844# 
  • Select " Pay "
  • Choose "Send Money"
  • Select " To MPESA "
  • Enter your phone number
  • Enter amount
  • Enter VOOMA PIN to send 
You will receive notification for the transaction.

How To Deposit Money To KCB VOOMA Wallet From MPESA

Open MPESA menu
Select Lipa na MPESA
Select Paybill
Enter business number
Enter 800200 (VOOMA Paybill number)
Enter your phone number as the Account number
Enter amount you wish to deposit
Finish the transaction with your MPESA pin and wait for a confirmation message.

How To Reset/Change KCB Vooma login pin 

Open the Vooma app 
Select Forgot pin and follow the rest of the simple instructions to reset your login pin.
