M-post - Posta Mkononi is a new innovative posta product that allows users to enjoy postal services through their mobile phones.
Once a user registers for the service and chooses their nearest post office ,they can receive their letters/parcels or documents once received by the post office.
Users will be notified through SMS when their postal addresses receives anything and they can go to the post office to collect or ask the posta to deliver them to their houses /offices at an extra fee.
How To Register For Mpost with USSD code
To register for Mpost - posta mkononi users can register as follows:- Dial *234*1*9#
- Choose 1 Register
- Enter your ID number
- Enter your preferred postal code and press OK
- A pop up message will appear that you are about to pay ksh 300 for mpost
- Press OK
- Wait for a confirmation SMS

M-post Renewal and Paybill number
Mpost - posta mkononi services are renewed one per year at a fee of ksh 300 only.
This is how to renew Mpost services
- Open Mpesa menu
- Choose paybill
- Enter 506500 as the Business number
- Enter "Renewal" as the Account number
- Enter amount ksh 300 only.
- Enter your Mpesa PIN and press OK
- Wait for an SMS confirmation
