- On your phone Dial*126#
- Select Lipa na Bonga points
- Choose Paybill
- Enter Business number: 888880 for prepaid or 888888 for prepaid power bills
- For Account number - Enter your kplc meter number
- Enter amount you want to pay
- Confirm details of the payment
- Enter your pin to complete the payment.
Safaricom will convert your Bonga points equivalent to the amount of money you want to pay.
You will receive confirmation messages from both Safaricom and kplc about the transaction.
