Apart from giving loans to Kenyans ,the app can also be used to Facilitate payment of bills such as Dstv, Transfer money, Save money and buying airtime.

How To Download & Register with HF Whizz app

On your smartphone visit Play store or App store.
Search for "HF whizz app ".
Click on the app and download.
Register with the app and create an account by filling in the details required i.e phone number, ID number and set a PIN for the app login.
Apply for a loan.

Non smartphone users can also access HF whizz loans by dialling HF whizz app USSD code *618#

How To Apply For HF whizz loans

Open the app
Login in your HF whizz app account
Select loans
Choose loan repayment period
Enter amount of loan you require
Choose the reason for the loan
Click proceed to finish the application process

The loan will be deposited into your HF Whizz app account. You now have to transfer the money to your MPESA account.

How To Repay HF Whizz loans via MPESA

Open your MPESA menu
Select Lipa na MPESA
Choose PAYBILL
Enter Business number: 100400
Enter your phone number as the account number
Enter the amount required
Enter your MPESA PIN
Confirm and press OK.

You will receive confirmation messages from both MPESA and HFC Ltd.

How To Reset New PIN / Forgot password reset For HF Whizz app

In case of loosing the login PIN for HF Whizz app, one can be assisted by sending their names, phone number, ID number, date of birth and the last 3 transactions to the email below : customer.service@hfgroup.co.ke  with subject matter PIN reset.
