Accreditation Assessors Job Vacancies At KENAS

The Kenya Accreditation Service (KENAS) is a State Corporation established under the Kenya Accreditation Ser￾vice Act 2019 (Act No. 17) as the sole National Accreditation Body for Kenya to accredit and exercise oversight over providers of conformity assessment services, and to provide for an internationally recognized accreditation system.
KENAS uses a diverse pool of external independent accreditation assessors or technical experts with specific technical and scientific skills in the accreditation assessment work.
KENAS is looking to expand its pool of independent Accreditation Assessors in different areas of conformity assessment.
KENAS therefore, invites suitable applicants with the qualifications and experience (within their given area of
expertise) in one or more of the conformity assessment areas listed below:

1. Testing Laboratory Assessor [2019/TLA]
2. Calibration Laboratory Assessor [2019/CLA]
3. Medical Testing Laboratory Assessor [2019/MLA]
4. Inspections and Verification Body Assessor [2019/IBA]
5. Certification Body-Management Systems Assessor [2019/CBA/MS]
6. Certification Body-Persons Assessor [2019/CBA/PE]
7. Certification Body-Product Assessor [2019/CBA/PR]
8. Proficiency Testing Assessor [2019/PTA]

How To Apply 

If you are successfully qualified to be KENAS independent accreditation assessor, you will be engaged (by contract) on a need basis and on a day rate basis depending on the demands from  clients.
