The Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) is seeking to recruit suitable, qualified and competent individuals to fill the vacant positions as follows;

1. Job Title: Commission Secretary / Chief Executive Officer

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A holder of at least Masters degree in Economics , Business or Law from a reputable accredited university
  • Have at least fifteen (15) post Masters working experience of which 10 years were at a senior leadership level in public or private entities dealing with Economics, Financial or policy matters 
  • Knowledge of Fiscal Decentralization and public sector policy and management will be an added advantage
  • Demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the chapter six of the constitution of Kenya

2. Job Title: Director, Research and Knowledge Management

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A PhD in either Economics or Statistics from a recognised university
  • At least five (5) years of work experience in supervisory role 
  • At least ten (10) publications in refered journals 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills and result oriented and ability to work under pressure
  • Be a person of integrity and effective interpersonal skills
