Qualifications and Experience
Relationship Manager Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Marketing, Banking or any other business related field from a recognized university.
- Have at least 10 years of experience in the financial sector majoring in microfinance
- Have a sold knowledge and experience in Banking operations
- Be between 35 to 45 years of age.
Business Development officers Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
Banking Officers (Clerks) Qualifications
- A minimum grade of C+plus in KCSE
- A Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business related fields from a recognized institution
- At least 2 years of experience in Financial sector
- Proficiency in computer is mandatory
- Strong Christian values , commitment and passion for transformation of the population.
- Be aged between 26 to 35 years
