Job Qualifications and Experience

Manager Industrial Relations qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/ Business Administration or related field
• 5 years experience in labour intensive industry
• Post graduate Higher Diploma in HR

Enterprise Architecture Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ICT, IT, Computer science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related discipline
• A minimum of 10 years experience in IT with at least 8 years in Enterprise Architecture
• Experience in using Architectural design tools and frameworks e.g Java, .net , php, HTML, CSS etc
• Knowledge of all components of a holistic Enterprise Architecture

Head Digital Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with relevant IT professional qualifications
• A minimum of 10 years experience working in IT and Digital practice
• Design thinking experience and training is desirable
• High levels of communication skills both written and verbal

Head IT Security qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with relevant IT professional qualifications
• A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role in IT security
• Strong knowledge of security standards , IT security regulations and compliances
• Knowledge of Risk assessment procedures, policy formation and techniques
• Strong leadership and analytical problem solving skills
