The Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) is now accepting applications for the 2019 internships program.
In support of the Government youth initiative to develop a pool of young talents into the Kenyan labour market, KICD developed a six months students internship program to sharpen their skills in real work environment to make them relevant in the job market.
Areas of Specialization
The institute provides internships to graduates in the following areas of career:- Marketing 1 post
- Finance 1 post
- Procurement 1 post
- Human Resource 1 post
- Curriculum Development (Research) 2 posts
- TV /Video Editor 1 post
- Co-oporate Communication 1 post
- TV Transmission 1 post
- Planning 1 post
Qualifications/ Requirements
For one to be considered, must have the following minimum qualifications/requirements;
- Be a Kenyan citizen
- Have a Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution
- Aged between 20 years to 30 years
- Have completed a training and graduated in not more than the last 2 (two) years
- Not have undertaken any other internships before since graduation.
- Be a person of integrity and posses a Certificate of Good conduct
- Have strong oral and written communication skills and be computer literate
