Teachers service Commission online services

In a move to improve its services to its employees, Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Kenya developed an online system of giving services.

The TSC online services include:

  • New Teacher Registration
  • Job application
  • Application for duplicate certificate of Registration
  • Registration status 
  • TSC online payslip
  • Teachers performance appraisals
  • Declaration of Income, Assets and Liabilities
  • Filing of returns and others

New Teacher Registration

The TSC online system provides a platform for online application and registration at the TSC.
Documents required for Registration( Scanned copies)
  1. National ID
  2. 1 colored passport size photo
  3. Academic and professional certificates
  4. Bank deposit slip for registration fees

TSC Job Application

The Commission advertises its vacancies on the online system and allows registered teachers to apply for the vacancies online.
As a teacher already registered, you don't have to register again just apply for the job that best fits you.

Filing of Returns

These are returns filled and filed by authorized officers such as Headteachers or administrators of teaching institutions for proper communication to the head office on issues such as Interdiction, injunction, suspension etc.

Registration status

For one to be sure if registered with the TSC online services or not follow the following simple procedure:
  • On your browser, go to www.tsc.go.ke
  • Select Online services and login
  • Click on Registration status

TSC online payslips

First you have to register with TSC online payslip system
Once you login into the TSC online payslip portal you can get access to that month payslip.
