  • Diploma in Kenya Registered Paediatric Nurse (KRPaedN)
  • Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse(post basic). (KRCHN PB)
  • Diploma in Kenya Registered Critical Care Nurse(KRCCN)
  • Diploma in Kenya Registered Nurse Anesthetist, (KRNA)
  • Diploma in Kenya Registered Nurse/Mental Health & Psychiatric Nurse (KRN/MHP)
  • Diploma in Kenya Registered Nephrology Nurse(KRNN)
  • Diploma in Kenya Registered Ophthalmic Nurse( KROphN)
  • Diploma in Kenya Registered Accident and Emergency Nurse (KRAEN)

Qualification for Nursing Programmes in Kenya


Certificate courses
  • KCSE mean grade C- and above
Diploma courses
  • KCSE mean grade C plain and above.
Degree course
  • KCSE mean grade C+ and above
N/B Mandatory subject for Nursing is Biology or Biological sciences.
