Every year ,Kenya Medical Training Colleges announces for its intake for the academic year.
Sometimes back ,the application process was manual which included a lot of paperwork.
Recently the process of applying for admission was fully implemented to online.
Before starting the online application process one must have the following ready:
- Soft copy of your National ID front and rear/Birth certificate or passport.
- Soft copy of your Kcse results slip/Certificate.
- Soft copy of your high school leaving certificate.
- Must have enough money in your M-pesa a/c, not less than ksh 2200- application fee payable to pay bill no 964150.
Students registration portal
Before one can proced with the application you have to register with the Kmtc student portal.
- Visit Kmtc official website. www.Kmtc.ac.ke.
- Select on student portal
- Click Register (have no account)
- You will land to account creating page
- Enter your email address and password and Click on Create Account Button.
- An email will be sent to your email address with a link to verify your account.
- Open the email and follow the link -you will land to Kmtc portal.
- Fill in your personal information on the account creation form and click on Register. NB :Enter phone no 1 ,the number you will use for your payment on M-pesa.
- A form will appear with your data ,confirm the information and click save changes.
Online application procedure
On the Kmtc student portal
- Click on Applications
- You will be redirected to option 1 course selection.
- Select on option 1 course level dip/certificate and click on Search.
- A form will appear with the courses, select your desired course.
- Fill in the form details as required, don't leave spaces unfilled.
- Click on Submit Application.
- You will then be redirected to option 2 form.
- Select on the course level Diploma/certificate.
- Click Search
- A form will appear again with option 2 courses ,Select your desire courses.
- Fill in the other details in the form as required, don't leave spaces unfilled.
- Click Submit Application
- You will be redirected to upload your KCSE result slip/certificate.
- Select on the file with KCSE result slip/certificate.
- Click Upload
- You will be redirected to upload your high school leaving certificate.
- Select the leaving certificate file soft copy
- Click Upload
- You will be redirected to upload your National Identity Card/Birth certificate or passport soft copy, on the front side.
- Select your National ID/Birth certificate/passport soft copy file.
- Click Upload
- You will be redirected to upload your National ID/Birth certificate/passport on the backside.
- Select your ID /Birth certificate/passport rear soft copy file and click upload.
- You will be redirected to confirm your courses.
- Confirm the courses , if you wish to make changes, click on reject button and start again.
- Once satisfied, click on Confirm and you will be redirected to make payments of ksh.2022 to M-pesa pay bill no 964150 NB/ Make sure its the playbill for Kmtc.
- Click on confirm button
- A confirmation SMS will be sent to your phone number.
